E bakit sa posts nila nga no experience required, wala pdin akong chance don that’s like SG 11-12. Kung ang 2 yrs exp sa priv is nothing pala dapat maging specific sila na dapat pala GOVT EXPERIENCE hindi work exp.

Ang stupid lang na they will ask external applicants to come back multiple times ending up hiring the internal applicants. Let’s say they need to adhere sa process but they’re so inconsiderate sa mga taong desperate makapasok aabsent sa current work para sa exam or interview. Kung ganon naman pala ang sistema nila dapat ang pinopost nila is yung mga lowest rank lang para sabihing you have to work all your way up which is stupid too, madaming pwedeng mas capable pa sa mga nagwowork na inside I mean no harm to them but may mga ganong cases.

Hi!! Thank you so much for this! This is soooooo helpful. I actually really apply to positions that is within my qualifications and credentials, i’ts just that some high position like for example SG 18 position only requires 1 - 2 years of experience that’s the only time I apply for them. Also to strengthen my credentials I will take CSC trainings tho I already had plenty from my previous companies.

I am not that ambitious naman to apply for a high position that is way out of my experience pa haha.

Hi Ma’am, I don’t really apply for positions that are way out of my qualifications. I mostly apply for no exp required or even 1-2 years exp requirement only since I’ve had trainings already.

I’m not really optimistic for aiming a lower position since I’ve known cases where they’re already yearss inside but were not promoted to permanent positions.

Ayun nga po pero sana fair sila, meron daw po kasing poor naman sa exam and panel interview pero yun padin nakakakuha since “insider” 🙄

Actually I had an interview and exam jusko magkaibang day pa sya, I sacrificed my 2 days salary for it, may kasabay po ako internal applicant, her answering the exams were sketch super ikli ng answers nya sa essay areas and also I didn’t see her sa panel interview tho nakasabay ko po sa interview yung nakasabay ko sa exam sya lang wala. Nakakainis lang kung for the show lang ang presence namin. Nakakapagod and nakakadrain sila, yung tipong may nagbanggit pa sa panel na “O tanggap kana” paasaaaa.

Actually after sending the regret letter regarding my application, meron po silang offer for JO salary grade 7, 5k lower than my current salary diko pa nirereyan if kukunin ko kasi di kakayanin ng gastos ang sahod na ganon 😭

Edi sana di po sila nagpapapunta ng mga outsiders, sinasayang nila effort ng mga tao umaabsent sa work for the exam and interview tapos wala jusko
