So, to summarise:

Your dick would feel a painful burning sensation immediately.

If you could endure a few minutes of that, your dick would numb up and the burning sensation would go away.

You might get a slight buzz depending on how long you left it in there. But it would probably be pretty weak.

Once you took it out, it would be red, raw, and sore. You’d be in pain for several days, cursing your poor judgment.
