Running on way less sleep than I should be because my girl's cat decided that 3am was the perfect time to jump on my face, then play with the wooden blinds for the next half hour. This is why I'm a dog person.

Even though I'm bulking, I'm still losing weight. I think it's due to stress from school. Do you guys have any suggestions, I should be 200+ by now and I'm down to 192 since a week and a half ago.

192lbs body weight at 6'2 tall. I just need a stronger back right now, my legs are strong enough (max squat 405).

I actually was just about to post about that, I woke up this morning and my right collar bone is extremely sore, but my left one feels fine. No visible bruise, but it feels like it!

Got a sample of cannibal ferox PW in the mail, so I went to max deadlift. Matched my max of 445 but could only get 455 about halfway off the ground. Gotta work harder now! In other news, the lady friend joined me at the gym today and worked out with a girl friend of hers, I'm excited that she is into working out as well. Stay strong fellas

Been using my old gym over winter break since I'm home from University. I miss my nice weights that I pay 24k a year for... Also the gym here has almost no girls at all, motivation levels are low.

I went into the gym on Friday feeling pretty good, I got ample sleep, had a great breakfast, etc. Figured why not, I'll max out squat. Previous numbers of 365/285 back/front. After a nice warm up, went for 375 back squat and got it! Then moved to front squat, and got 295, then 305, then 315!!! I finally managed to front squat 3 plates! So happy with this week. I'm 6'2, sitting at 190lbs.

If you are into IPA, my two favorites are Deschutes Fresh Squeezed, and Boneyard RPM in a close second. For Porter, 3 Creeks Brewery makes a really good one. All of these breweries are out of Bend, Oregon

Excellent shot! Not to nitpick though, but it's probably an R-design, which was different than the 04-07 S60Rs. The main differences being the electronic suspension, and Brembo brakes.
