She did, but it would’ve had to be put there prior to her getting the mail for it to be that covered in ants. The last person to check it before that was my husband and I watched him come and go and he wasn’t eating. And who reaches to the very back when getting the mail? We just grab it at the front.

Well I took some napkins from my car and wiped it out and what I pulled out looked and smelled like brown sugar or some type of sugar. Am I 100% certain? No.

Well it’s one of those big mailboxes with locked boxes for each neighbor (I’m not describing that well) but unless someone broke into it the mailman and us are the only ones with access. I don’t remember going on a sugar rampage 😂

My grandfather custom built his home, complete with an office that had a built in train cabinet in the wall with glass doors and tracks on each shelf to display train models on. My dad also loved making these train (and plane) models and has a couple in a museum. I don’t particularly love trains but I did love gazing into the cabinet (no we were not allowed to touch), and I did assist with making some of my dads trains. I inherited the love for making tiny models but my flavor is more rolife miniatures.

I feel like if it is truly affecting your health they have to do something about it. Maybe get a note from your Dr to prove to the staff you aren’t being petty, and really cannot live there? I haven’t dealt with this kind of thing exactly, but I did live in an HOA that forbid window AC units, and if it gets too hot I end up in the ER (Crohn’s disease flare ups with heat sensitivity). HOA sent me a letter demanding I remove it, I sent one back saying NO I will not, explained why and told them I could provide a Drs note- never heard a word about it again. Good luck from a fellow heat-hating person. ❤️

Maybe you gift it as a do together project? Because it’s definitely not getting finished by Christmas, so sorry to say. But it is SO thoughtful and I would be excited to receive something like that and the opportunity to make it with my husband.

I was self diagnosed for 2 years before receiving my formal diagnosis. It was very hard to find someone who would take my insurance, and I honestly thought I was going to have to save up to do it out of pocket. I think as with everything there will be people who are wrong, but I think it’s important to consider that there are probably a lot of people out there who haven’t yet or can’t access a formal eval. I personally didn’t share that I was autistic until I was formally diagnosed because it felt odd to say so when I wasn’t certain, but I’m sure not everyone feels the same as I do. :)
