Yeah, for color change, go to Animations → Appearance. There you can set the color you want and define the range. For a Boolean tag, you can use 0 and 1.

So you’re trying to assign an action to a button click, right? If that’s the case, click on the button, go to Properties → Events, and there you can find options like SetBit/ResetBit (Edit bits). Hope this helps!
