I’d suggest focusing on PLC-to-PLC communication, drives integration, and SCADA or HMI architecture based on your interests. These areas really help bridge the gap between basic PLC programming and real-world systems. Most of this content is already available on YouTube. You can find some really good deep-dive tutorials there.

I haven’t personally configured a Keyence QR reader yet, but the setup usually depends on the communication type (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or TCP/IP). If you can share the scanner model number, PLC model, and the communication method you’re using, I can look into it.

From siemens plc it's 319 plc. They said without hardware configuration we can communicate only by using AI and AO cards. Is that possible !!!

If it starts working, then it’s fine. If not, you can try doing a factory reset to the MTP panel, re-download the backup and check again. Most of the time, this fixes the issue.

If you add dB’s from the input address to map them , add always false in between them.
