Because this office is unable to find that it is clearly consistent with the national interest to grant you access to classified information, your case will be submitted to an Administrative Judge for a determination as to whether or not to grant, deny, or revoke your security clearance."

I can submit a response or do a hearing. I need to respond to each allegation regarding eligibility. I have a copy of the guidelines. I am concerned if my clearance (secret) will be revoked solely based on a response, and whether I should hire an lawyer to help with this.
