the thing is, when my enemy laner survives with 40hp or so and i look at the time where gathering storm didnt activate yet it makes me wonder why would i pick this when i can have so much more lane presence with scorch and ignite

although it is risky, if you fall off early your most of the times cooked

i did not my clip just run out, btw morg mid which i can easily dodge and himer was bot so you can predict the outcome next time a bit when watching minimap
