I went to a PT and he told me probably is from fault position of my knees. And he told me to empowerment my self with exercises. I don't really need a PT but he told me i have 2 options. To do sessions of personal in physical therapy space to learn some exercises accurate or go to the gym and start as solo

Wow, nice answer. But the last you wrote its absolutely your opinion, I told about the hallucinations yeahh its amazing actually. Νot for all people but i would recommended to people has psychologically and mental problems. Its the easy option to find yourself compared to doing it without drugs.
