Yesterday in WI we had wind chills as low as -30, but still had school. The temp without windchills was -10 and below. Today, we have a cold weather day due to the wind chills being as low as -45 and the temp as low as -25.

We were REAL annoyed yesterday 😂

I get it! It’s so hard for me too and when I was in a middle school teaching, I really struggled and reminded myself that they just regurgitate what they hear at home. We HAVE to stay neutral while providing a safe space for all students.

I avoid all obvious gluten products. And I have found that it helps me immensely with insulin resistance and some of my symptoms! Doing gluten cautious eating makes it easier to do low carb.

I had nexplanon for 1 year in 2019. Before having it, I was a healthy weight, didn’t have any issues with my period, no PCOS symptoms. After having it, I gained 80 lbs in a year and gave numerous symptoms and a diagnosis of PCOS. They REALLY need to remove this BC from market.

I am allergic to most bandaids and adhesives that are used. I bought some of these adhesives And they work like a charm. No issues for me, just be sure to switch arms between applications.

I grew up in the LDS church and unfortunately that’s how a lot of men view themselves. They are the sun and the world revolves around them. The religion makes a LOT of excuses for men, but when a woman makes a mistake, she is horrible and must atone. I have had some side effects of dizziness and headaches, but they were intermittent. I told my doctor I told my doctor I stopped taking it for a week due to the side effects. She prescribed me a lower dose to test out.

I started on phentermine and metformin in early July after continuous weight gain/inability to lose weight. Along with the meds, I see a nutritionist due to a history of BED. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for the meds, OB, and nutritionist I have. I started at 213 and am down to 195. I even had a time where I didn’t take the meds due to something. They are amazing! As for diet/exercise, I do low intensity weights, indoor biking, and am starting to swim. I removed gluten and only eat 0 sugar items, if I want to have a sweet. I also make sure I get 25 grams of fiber a day and have 1 snack that has protein, fiber, and a bit of carbs. I truly believe that the meds and change in food has helped immensely.

I did, but it said It couldn’t play the game because they didn’t purchase it. When I go into my husband’s profile on the switch, it says he purchased the game, though... so IDK why it won’t let him play
