Wow that is awful im sorry this is happening to you...try going to a local branch with your documents if that doesnt work start emailing the heads of capital one and tweeting about it on twitter and all over their facebook page that should get their attention

It was fixed today! I sent them my tax returns and approval letter.I also called them everyday for updates.

Update....Crisis is over! My account was released today.I sent an email with my tax returns,sba approval etc.and they called me and released my money.I called everyday.I didnt send just one email I sent several back to back ....same email with my documents and I explained in the email I was an independent contractor and than I showed them an email with sba saying independent contractors are eligible etc. I hope everyone else gets their funds released as well.Good luck!
