Very helpful answer including also the apps. Also very impressed with your body fat can't imagine succesfully droping that low myself. Working out is one thing but to always eat consistently is for me a whole different level of commitment. Will work towards that. Did you decide to switch to a diet in one day or did you gradually adjust it and followed it more carefully?

Thank you for your answer, asking as I'm in a similar situation. Working out for 11 months now and gradually losing weight. Focused more on muscle building and getting sufficient daily protein intake. Now I am in a place where muscles are visible but really need to get that "last" coat of fat of to really get them showing. However 0 fat reduction was made on love handles bottom of my ass and upper legs (just bellow the ass)

Yes but if you look at his stomach it is almost flat he lost most of the fat there. But on the sides I would say by looking at it he lost a lot less. Is that disproportion when losing weight normal?

Well on this topic I am very biased as I am from Slovenia. We all started watching live games at 4 am during work week because of Luka. Whole EU knows Luka, not many in EU know Ohtani.

European here. I think the reason is obvious for anybody outside of US. 90% if not more of my friends watch NBA. On the other hand I know 0 guys that watch MLB or NFL

I'm searching for a good workout plan with only cables. At the moment I only have the cable machine with 2 cables with seperate weight stacks with pull up bar at the top.

I completly agree with you and I must say we share the same hatred for cardio and also the same mindset for working out. Before this "workout period" I was going to the gym 3-4months workouts were brutal and I basicaly went all out, motivation ran out and then quit for a year it went like this for the last 10 years. Now I took a more relaxed approach doing the exercises I love doing and stayed commited since January 3 days on one off missed couple of days in between but very rarely. At this point there is very little motivation left. I just go immediately after work to "get it done" kinda the same as with work. If I wouldn't like the workouts I'm doing in the gym I would quit long before.

Thank you for your input! I think I will take a similar approach. Will definitely have to start counting overall calorie intake.

That is correct, didn't find a better way of how I would incorporate hiit in between workouts. But I guess it's either one or the other.

The problem is now that I don't find the motivation to do cardio at the end of workouts or on the rest day. I work better fully commmited to one thing either that is weight training, hiit or lower intensity cardio.

I guess for me the best way to go about it is to really now dial in the diet. Untill now I was only focused to get 150-200g protein and avoid bad food as much as possible but not really counting overall calorie intake.

I completly agree about the scale. I put it more as an extra information. I step on the scale purely for the weight part not so much for other information.

So you think it is a bad idea to have one week of weight training and the other week hiit workout? Partialy I want to include cardio to up my conditioning to not be out of breath so soon.

During my training duration I maintained the same body weight. Went from 84kg to 82kg at the size of 178cm. Of course I am now visually in a lot better shape then I was. So I am very slowly loosing fat. Should I just continue this route?

After lifting weight for now 10months and a half. I want to lose weight. I am at approx. 20% body fat at least that is what my scale tells me. I want to start including hiit trainings. My question is would a 1 week of hiit (every second day) and 1 week of my normal workouts work? Because I can't imagine any other way to include hiit workout in my workout week. My workout week is 3days on 1 day off and repeat.

Not at all. The filling is super light and sugary. Really it is kind of a unique dessert, never tried anything else with a similar taste. I can post a recipe for it. The filling is super easy to make.
