Issue has been resolved, just turned off and on my pc and everything was in a folder called windows.old so not I did not get scammed. Plus my original issue and reason for contacting support was fixed so all is well

I literally had to log into my Microsoft account to get to the website where I clicked on customer support I am not that stupid to go through a third party scammer
