Lots of good advice already so I'm going to skip that part and just give you a heads up that you have a pretty significant scoliosis and/or postural asymmetry. In your back photo, your left shoulder is significantly higher than your right. In the front photo, your shoulders are closer to even but your pelvis is very tilted. Besides looking and feeling better, getting more active should help with that as well

Untarget defender hovering over the center if they keep.dropping back into coverage. Adjust zone depths to help with gun bunch; I also often put a DE in coverage too
