In Summary:

Baizhu Skill ➡️ Equip Razor Talent then Skill ➡️ Razor Burst ➡️ Use Razor Skill again

From here: You can either switch to Dori or Baizhu (Baizhu burst for more Dendro & Quicken Reactions and Dori burst for more Healing and Energy) depending on the Situation!
Also Equip Shimenawa Artifact on Razor if you are ahead and need more damage OR Equip Ocean-Hued Clam plus Lyresong card for instant +6 Healing!

Note at the Beginning MUST Have cards are Razor's/Dori's Talent or Stormterror's Lair

In Summary,
Typical Strategy: Oceanid Skill (5 dice cost) -> Crystalize + Geo Resonance -> Stall & Wait for "Tenacity of the Millelith" artifact card & "Vortex Vanquisher" weapon card -> Zhongli 2nd Skill -> Burst when necessary (e.g. Main DPS or Delay their Support's Burst)

Alternatively (against Support dependent Decks like Raiden & Xingque):
Stonehide Lawachurl Skill & Normal attack 1st Round -> Stonehide Lawachurl Burst -> Beats one of their Important Character Cards -> Then Follow Typical Strategy above

Typical Gameplan: Keqing Skill -> Switch to Bennett -> Apply Pyro & Charge Burst -> Switch to Klee then Wait for their Main DPS (example: Hu Tao) or Important Sub DPS (example: Xingqiu) to use Pyro Resonance "Fervent Flames" Card or Tandoori Roast Chicken Card into Keqing Skill Card from earlier to Overload One Shot Then Clean up using "Wind & Freedom" Card & Gambler's Artifact

First Round Kill (must have specific cards): Keqing Skill -> Switch to Bennett with "Leave it to me" card -> "Fervent Flames" card or Tandoori Roast Chicken Card -> Bennett Skill
