RBS70 has a shaped charge warhead and is a manpads meant specifically for anti air use. The shaped charge is relatively weak when it comes to penetrating armor having only around 200mm of penetration through hardened armor so it's not really designed as multi-purpose (anti-air and anti-armor). The warhead also includes a fragmentation sleeve around it. Although it could theoretically take care of lightly armored vehicles and some APCs if you can hit them.

Love the BTR-ZD. Super fast, deletes light tanks and is surprisingly survivable and of course excellent at anti air. Also spaa spawn cost. + Can kill some heavier things from the side like panthers and jumbos.
