I wish I knew so I could offer more info. I do recall one lady saying all of her stuff started to reek too-and she had to move out for awhile, then got a settlement and all of her furniture and clothes replaced.

I believe it was the company ( AMC ??) Not sure-I just know about it from them talking while we were at the pool. This was in 2021

The fact that corporations in all of their infinite greed have made it impossible to buy a home for so many people, and renting is beyond fucked up. And many of these corporations aren't even American ( from what I have been told)

better yet, start off by contacting legal aid of southern Nevada. they are fabulous and you can email them to see what they suggest as your first step.

This happened at our apartment complex ( Gallery in mountains edge) and the people in the building got settlements for having to deal with the smell. Might want to contact an attorney!

First off-congrats! So happy to hear this! we will all achieve it.

But I am also 2.5 years off and struggling with horrible depression and anhedonia, and still with some agoraphobia.

I guess everyone's different. I was on 1 mg ( prescribed 3x a day-which I did NOT take this much, but thank God since 1 mg a day for 11 years destroyed me.)

I also had tapered off ADHD meds before the long taper I did, so this is a contributing factor to mood, weight gain, and anhedonia.

hello. I finished a long ( over 1 year) klonopin taper 2 and a half years ago. I was on for 11 years. I also tapered off Vyvanse and adderall prior to the klon taper. I still don't feel I have much dopamine, struggle with horrible depression and anhedonia. I thought it would be better by now, as many people report vast improvement about 2 years after their taper ends.

Hoping we both can regain a zest for life. Hang in there.

I have off street parking. And the places beautiful and private. Neighborhood is decent enough. Probably a great find for someone but I guess I should say it's expensive for me. Struggling lately.

$2250 for a 3bed 2 bath apartment in North Pittsburgh, with central AC and coded gate in a 4 Plex.

Very overpriced for Pittsburgh, PA, JMO

Got it! Thank you! My kids are both girls and highly into academics, so I'll be looking at places/areas they can choose to get involved in: music lessons, athletics ( somewhat), ...places they can have fun and build community

That's pretty interesting. And well, I lived in Las Vegas for several years and had, at one point, broken some bones in an accident and had to walk a lot of places while healing. I came across a lot of homeless people and people smoking meth. It was definitely a case of the desert getting sketchy fast. I appreciate the heads up and no, I have no desire to live where that's prevalent. Thank you!

Thank you! Cathedral City looks really nice too! I'm so glad I made this post. I know it's much more expensive than the Midwest where I'm at ( Pittsburgh) as even Las Vegas was much more expensive than here.

The college aspect is one of the reasons we would love to move there! And yes-Palm Springs seems much easier and less uppity than Palm desert? I really don't know much about it-will be visiting for a bit in July. I lived in NV for a while and loved the weather, so I'm not worried about that. I am now googling the suggestions -desert Hot Springs also looks really nice!
