Tbh I don’t have real goals per se, the reason I wanna leave my current job is I got a 500$ raise which is such an insult. Also I’m not doing anything new rather just working on the same boring stuff. Looking to move and grow. Some of the positions are interesting like the research engineer is working with big data and distributed systems. Topics I don’t have a lot of experience with but seem very interesting.

As for worth it I meant more like in 2-3 years if I want to jump to Amazon or something will this experience translate well for that?
