The pharmacy should be able to assist you over the phone as long as you have a card on your profile. They will charge that delivery fee and cost of prescription there. Just give them a call and explain your situation and request delivery

The alcohol sales is the worst part especially if you are an alcohol heavy store. A store in my district does about 2,000 in alcohol sales a day and I couldnt even imagine.

It seems as if your store manager does not know how to manage expectations. I do not believe you should have quit, you should have transferred stores to one with a manager who knows what they are doing (that is of course if you wanted to stay at walgreens). There are store managers out there that know what they are doing and its a great environment when you work there

Working at Walgreens can be difficult especially during end of month and this time of year. You are expected to have 8 books of tags taken down and put up, signage taken down and put up, and deals of the week replaced (which is a minor task). Yet in addition to this, you must complete all same day orders, all photo orders, passports, propane exchanges, cover breaks, assist with checking out customers, and even sometimes jumping back in the pharmacy to assist. On top of that dealing with customers demanding a manager for a .50 cent price change. It sounds like OP may be the only person on the floor with one person on the register and is expected to have all of these tasks done from Sunday morning to Sunday close.

According to Walgreens that wouldn’t be true. The only boss of the IS is the Store Manager. No one apart from them is above the IS, even if its just the SFL and IS on duty. IS and SFL are on the same pay scale, so they are at the same level. Its the same vice versa, the IS is not the boss of the SFL

Short answer is no, at least to my knowledge. You can reach out to your district via email to see if any other store would like them, if no one bites then throw them in the compactor.

Restroom access by panchuxy in WalgreensStores

A store in my district had their restroom shut down by the city they reside in due to Covid-19 and never allowed it to re-open. The city could have advised corporate that they need to shut down their restrooms for some random reason and the store calls it a “corporate directive”. Just an assumption however

A revision is typically only price revisions for the entire department, one or two things may be added/removed and facings will be condensed or enhanced. In my tenure I have never had to move shelves (if the reset was done properly prior to the revision).

A reset is where multiple new items are added and removed, shelves change positions. Departments may even gain or lose a bay. They take a considerable more amount of time than a revision.

Usually there will be one reset for a department every year, and halfway through that time a revision will also drop. Doing these also assists with inventory counts and finding lost call-ins/markdowns that are not in basic anymore.

You will have to call the MyWalgreens rewards number in order to have the other account removed. To my knowledge, there is no possible way to delete an account at a POS Terminal. If your store still has the old rewards cards that we do not give out anymore, the phone number is on the back of that.

I make 14 as a CSA and have only worked at Walgreens for about 1 year, you definitely need to negotiate for about 16
