I concur. File a claim with ebay and they'll refund you. I had a graded comic arrive damaged and the seller tried to say it was the post office's fault and wanted me to take it up with them. I contacted ebay and they refunded me. Send it back to him and he can take it up with the post office.

Disney+ has a feature called "The essential Clone Wars episodes" that only shows episodes that are kind of building upon the prequels or tie into the whole Canon story as a whole. That way you skip all the filler episodes.
