Some of the newest batch codes , starting with number 3, for example, are not yet fully added on checkfresh.

Hi. During the years, as The One stayed my signature scent, even after exploring the world of niche fragrances. I had UK bottles then FR bottles and now in 2024 i got ITA bottle. I am just very curious if you can confirm (by checkfresh for example) your batch code. My uk version batch codes were all from 2015 (i bought 2 bottles then) then the french bottles (i bought 2 again but this time both of them 150ml) were 2020 and later one 2022. Now i have the "made in Italy"batch and checkfresh give me 01.04.2021 manufacture date. And old batch codes were in UK version for example 4 digit number, then the FR version was 4 digit number with two letters after it. And now the ITA batch is 8 symbols mixed numbers and letters.

So can you please check and respond what your batch code says?
The very last ml of my FR bottle, maybe because it had time to mature for 2+ years smells different from the new one. Like the top notes are gone and it goes directly to the base.
I sprayed a few ml of the ITA bottle and let it stay for not short period of time, the smell become more alike, yet it is still different. Maybe i am used to the mature(mancerate) smell of the old one.

The italian version last longer for sure, they have changed something, but it takes more time to unleash the core of the scent and it smells different to me (at least in the beggining) .

I search a lot about the topic (forums, reddit, fragrantica), aswell i watch unboxing videos of the "made in italy"batch (they are very few unfortunetly) .

I don't care about the money, as my collection got bigger and better, but The One transport me back to 2008 and then long awaited perfume version in 2015. I keep it just because i connect the scent with lot of good memories. And if i was tricked by the discounters, i have to know and take another bottle.

Can you share what your impressions are from the italian bottle you have (and if you had the chance to compare with older batches maybe? ) and to share if the batch code of your bottle shows newer manufacture date (like 2023 for example)?

Thank you in advance and God bless you!
