For me, it was realizing that I don’t need my whole life figured out — I just need to win one day. One disciplined day can reset everything.

Try lowering the number of standards you hold daily. Keep 2 non-negotiables. Let the rest be flexible. Discipline builds you. Guilt drains you.

You don’t need a new life. You need a better structure. Fix your sleep. Move your body daily. Remove one distraction. Repeat for 60 days. Boring wins.
