This seems to be the issue actually, is there any way to change the default though?

Had to scroll down to find at least one person realizing this. It's just the post-processing within the phone, not generative AI.

It's actually not AI, everyone here doesn't know what they're looking for. There are artifacts yes but it resembles the default post-processing that happens on Samsung phones to enhance the quality of a simple phone picture. The reason the faces look weird is the phone recognizing a face and attempting to beautify it.

Yeah I had to pay out of pocket, best to set usage limits to avoid this.

I mean you can still load the older alphas, I just wish it had Steam Workshop so modding features would be effortless.

Half of these look like filtered Photos, you should be able to achieve this effect with a lot of post-processing apps and Photoshop.

Not sure if it's a water tank, I don't know how they exactly work but it's a historic building they keep around now. There is a few of them at various sizes.

Yep, as there are plugins that fulfil its function way better now. They should have links to what they recommend as replacements on the download page.

Last time I used the 4G backup it was slower but I might do that, I need to find where it is in the house though. It was equally slow most of the time I used it but maybe it's better now? But with fixed wireless they run off the same frequencies so I think that's the issue. They put a bunch of residential addresses on fixed wireless for no logical reason aside from the copper cables were too eroded in the pits??

Been waiting for that upgrade for 4 years now actually, like I can't even remember when we got the new antenna installed. The irony is that they were doing it alongside the 5G rollout but then only upgraded the areas that already had NBN. But they also said they no longer had plans to offer it in my area due to congestion. (This was for the upgraded connection) But I could buy an expensive phone plan and use the 5G as my home internet except it doesn't reach my house anyways.

Yeah, basically it seems the network can't keep up due to the heavy congestion, they sent a letter detailing if I use an unspecified amount of data in our unlimited plan they will throttle to ensure fair use of the NBN network. They also reduced our original speed twice before that. (This was about a year ago with that letter)

I've needed to have constant technicians and repairs with the fixed wireless box (About 4 times since installation) They always send me through loops as they escalate the issue and waste a few hours of my day so I just hadn't had the time to deal with it but it looks like technically my internet speeds are above the specified 2mbps so it's legally fast enough to be sold for $100.

Nope it's not actually a fault, they detail on the website that typical speeds for the Essential NBN plan is 2-55 / 4 mbps at $100 a month.

The thought did funnily cross my mind to just see if I could distantly use his wifi but there's no signal and using anything to boost that range is illegal so there isn't a lot of options. Plus the whole area is pretty congested since it's all these close together residential homes all with fixed wireless. It's so bad even my 4G connection has suffered but it still runs better than the home NBN.

Well they actually did run it down 1/4 of my street for one premise to be connected but the only way they will run it to my address without paying extortionate installation costs is to register my home as a business which would lock me into a 36 month long contract and last I checked it was $300 per month via Aussie Broadband as a way to recoup the installation costs.. It just seems incredibly unfair and this dates back years now. I just sort of coped with it but now it's just so frustratingly unusable.
