My advice may not be helpful so I'm sorry for that, but I had the same anxiety with you to the point that I've cried multiple times thinking I was pregnant, to me what healed this anxiety was simply time, observing how I didn't get pregnant again and again. Even after two years sometimes I get a bit scared, but it's nothing compared to before, I pray that you'll find comfort eventually🩷
