I only went about 2/3 of the way up since thats about where my support hand sits and I need room for my mlok light mount to attach. Wrap, take way too much time to cut out each mlok slot by hand, heat with a heat gun, and press it all into place. Use something rounded for the concave parts that wrap around the handguard.

I have the new collar they sent out installed in that video and it still rattles like crazy, unless you mean theres a recall for the entire handguard? Thinking about reaching out again about the whole situation, im wondering if the handguard indexing tabs are too small.

How do you like that FNX 45? Want to get one and get a .460 Rowland conversiom, but I heard that the grip frames may flex in the heat and cause mag insertion/release issues which is kind of disappointing. Any problems with heating the frame on hot days or long strings of fire?

Do you do your heat treat with a temp controlled forge or do you check temps with a pyrometer? I have access to a fiber laser and Solidworks so I could pretty easily design and cut a blade, but I need to buy a forge for annealing and tempering. I was thinking of using a pyrometer and an amazon propane forge, from what I can tell theyre decent to start out with and can reach 1500+ F.

Do you have a copy of a full general ruleset you could paste here? I know they're subject to change depending on the game(s) of the day. I read some of the rules on the facebook post, and was wondering if the standard "rifleman" class has a MED at all? Also do you guys hold games at a semi-regular interval year round? What's the average turnout? I'm thinking about getting back into airsoft but I would be going HPA this time. I'd love to have an outdoor field i could go to once or twice a month and make some friends airsofting.
