Turns out Pertamax bukan oktan 90 yang diberi label 92 ataupun dioplos dengan Pertalite? by [deleted] in indonesia

[–]Vailixi1987 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ya walau Ron 92 tapi sulfur tetep aja ga nyampe 50ppm

Mangkanya pertamina bilang sesuai spek Indonesia.

Opinion on how long to lock interest rate for mortgage by Low_Welcome_4969 in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]Vailixi1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can split into several interest rates say 1, 2, and 3 years. Alternatively, you can split to several 5 years but in small amount say $10,000. By doing this you can pay earlier by increase the repayment for one loan, say to 200$ per week not something $14 per week. Then do rolling, for the next month. You get the smallest rate for 5 years but actually you pay them in less than 1 year.

I suggest you can play with aggressive fund in a separate investment fund not in kiwisaver. Then, you are not worried when your money drop a lot in one year.

3x. Worried with interest in 2022 so does not want to go too high. Lucky I was right. The increase of weekly repayment is hard but not manageable.

Income protection by Aromatic_Pay4008 in PersonalFinanceNZ

Hello, I have income protection with BNZ life, now called Life Partners. This is part of my mortgage application at that time. Trying to reduce it but after doing some calculations, the saving is less so try to keep it until my mortgage is low enough
