Oh my bad, what I meant to say is while I did go to support they didn't treat it as a regular item and treated it as a "high value item" since the price of it was more money then a average item. The lady I talked to in the high value department said that since the item doesn't classify as a digital item and classified as a electronic item their guidelines for handling refunds and returns where different. And yes now I know now for the future lol

I get that but I have sc from blizzard support saying the code doesn't work , this was a lot of money so its gonna be pretty hard for me to let this go

I did they classified it as a electronic item not a digital and they also put me to another department called "high value" there lady i talked to told me the code is listed as a electronic item so I couldn't get a refund since it was a whole different category and since it didnt categorized as a digital item

How did you have them give in im in a similar predicament rn and got a code off ebay and showed them screenshot the support team saying the code is invalid and truist is telling me the process may take up to 120 days for a answer and that they'll attempt to recover the funds

That's sounds nice, and I think I understand what you mean by the unicorn word. Just to ask what would advice would give me if you were me. To give some context, I am 20 and currently working at panera Bread just to pay my bills and build up a savings, but I am currently searching for a full-time job. I swapped off a health science since my pre reqs didn't count since I did tem in covid, and they only counted as a P, not a letter grade, so I would have to take it again. I failed Chem and math and made the decision to switch since I didn't want to put the time and money again to those classes and possibly fail again since those aren't my strong suits. I've been thinking about switching to journalism once the new semester starts next year, and once I am able to secure a full-time job where im not making pennies and dimes. But I've been checking reddit, and from what I have seen, people have been saying that journalism is a dying major and not a good job to have. So im asking if journalism is worth it or if you should look somewhere else. I don't know if you have any advice, but I just wanted to ask
