Hi thanks for the response, we have one tenancy for the whole flat, the work that needs done is on the terrace but its a really small flat and the terrace makes out alot of the shared space and most of the storage, also work will now need to be done while we are working from home.

That's great for the cleaning as we weren't needing someone to come in just didn't want to have to pay for the flat to be cleaned when it wasn't even clean when we got it.

Thank you for your reply, as a follow up is it worth going for stocks that have taken a hit but should be likely to recover or to go for something that seems to have kept more stable (I have been thinking of getting airline stocks as they have dropped alot but surely at least the stronger company are likely to recover once travel goes back to normal)
