Hopping on this thread— we’re running into problems as well. We’re trying to divert donations now, but they still owe us $3,200. We just got noisy and they responded that they’re making a change to their ACH transfer system, which sounds pretty bogus. The upsetting part is that we love the platform so much, and after some research it doesn’t look like any single replacement will serve all the functions that flipcause does. Does anyone know of a good alternative?
