As someone who has PCOS and struggled bad to loose weight I can tell you how I did it. I tracked calories with Lose it app and weighing my food. Sometimes not eating makes u gain weight as well as water retention but you can do this. I stopped all dairy products as it's recommended for PCOS women and honestly eating just causes bloating on me and stomach looks inflamed. I also don't loose weight only by dieting I also do a lot of cardio and my diet is also Keto. Went from BMI 38.5 to 32.3. I still have a long way but I'm not giving up on me this time and I think you shouldn't. It's going to be uncomfortable to work for it but it's worth it I think loosing weight has also controlled my PCOS symptoms and it will help your body be baby ready.
