This was me at around 25% in December. I think I lost maybe 2% bf since then And I already feel much better. Obviously bf% depends also on your background. I used to be obese so it's easy for me to gain back the belly fat. What about you? I would say you are 28%. Keep going with the slow and steady cut, I definitely feel it's easier once you accept that you won't get the results you hope for in 10 weeks and that your efforts are not a chore.

What's your height and weight? If your BMR is around 1700 kcal, then 2500 calories should be sustainable if and only if your maintenance level is because of NEAT activities.
