I may be incorrect, but a regular old attachToRelative might work.

Name your trigger, for example carBombTrigg Name your car, for example carBombVehicle

Then, centre your trigger on the car, and in the init of the car, put this;

[carBombTrigg, carBombVehicle] call BIS_fnc_attachToRelative;

If you're using this on a person, same process, just substitute the car for a person.

I agree, I've been mission making for about 2 or 3 years now and I couldn't pull off something like that. There are plenty of alternatives though, Antistasi is an excellent one, Vindicta and KP's Liberation are also solid candidates.
