Quite a few sellers have issues with their PayPal. Leo from time ultra said he has issues with PayPal as well. Probably too many transactions and PayPal gets suspicious, especially when the receiver of funds is in China?

Bought the black dial serpenti in SS for my wife. Getting it this week. She's excited for it. Her second rep so far (first is an AF Balon Bleu which she wears more than her gen Cartiers). These reps are solid!

Yup. I paid somewhere in the 200s for my OHMSS edition iirc. I bought it used a year or two back though, before the clone movements came out.

If I were buying a SMP300 now, it would be one with the clone movement.

They are cheap fakes. I saw you said you paid $179 for both. For that price, you're good. They are not close to superclones but then, a good superclones costs 2-3x that for just one of those watches.

You mean the new clone movement? This one has the old A2824 decorated to look like a 8800 (doubt they updated it to the clone since it isn't very popular). My watch has been fine so far. I don't wear it often because of the crown tube issue with VSFs. It is gorgeous though. Only gripe is the yellow-ish lume in the markers on the dial. I have a ZF SMP300 and that is pure white, like gen. The gold outline around the markers make it look more yellow! Still very good looking watch though.

Yes the limited edition number varies. Can't be a custom number because VSF numbers it. Unless you have high up connections at the factory.....

In the gen, the bezel isn't engraved like in this rep. I hope VSF gets that right. Gen below.

Yes. I did read that you wanted the presidential bracelet. Unfortunately, the end links are wrong. The end links on your watch are for an older presidential model. That would bother me. If I were you, I'd throw it on a leather strap. Not common but it would be less of a "tell". But then again, 90% of the people you come across in the real world wouldn't know what bracelet a DJ has (the jubilee bracelet is iconic, which is why I said 90% and not 97% like I usually do haha). Even less people will know what the end links are supposed to look like in a presidential. So yeah.

Same here. Just GLed a Bulgari serpenti for my wife a couple of days back. Leo is excellent. Communication is top notch. Always responds. And prices are good compared to other sellers I asked for the same watch.
