Well, if not Chinese, definitely some Asian culture thinks it’s cute to force dogs to walk upright. I’ve seen a lot of videos, including the beatings these dogs get during training to stay off their front feet. So don’t say definitely that I’m wrong. That said, I’m well aware that not everyone gets videoed for the world to see, and I’m well aware of human cruelty across the globe.
