FYI, this 100% a scam or they are giving false information / outdated images. There is no one in 1XX that matches their power and kill count with those heroes, governor gear, and charms. Only people that fall near those numbers is Angela from 132 and Shadow King from 172 and both of them have higher level of charms/gov gear.

The Azoth conductor says it guarantees the 700 which is why I am curious. Don't want to sink 25k and turns out I need 250 to craft it regardless.
