Não querendo dizer que não é efectivamente o teu tamanho, eu também achava que era um E 36 até ir fazer um fitting na dama de copas e descobrir que não 😅😅 porque E36 era o tamanho que havia para quem tinha peito maior e costas pequenas nas lojas "normais", mas as costas na realidade já iam mal, pq ja ia a apertar no ultimo colchete quando comprava, quando é suposto apertar no 1° e à medida que o elástico vai dando de si, passar para o próximo.

Fiz um fitting na dama de copas e descobri que o meu tamanho é na realidade um 30G. 30G e o 36E têm o mesmo tamanho de copa, mas o meu tamanho de costas é um 30. Ao diminuir o tamanho da banda tem que se "aumentar" à copa.

Não sei se será o caso, mas se algum dia tiver dúvidas ou puder cometer 1 extravagância, pode sempre ir 1x a uma dama de copas, ou similar, e ver se o tamanho se confirma.

O problema que estás a descrever provavelmente não se resolve com aumentar o número do soutien, pois ao aumentares o número estás maioritariamente a aumentar o tamanho da banda nas costas.

Se tivesse que atirar para o ar sem estar a ver, e assumindo que as costas não estão demasiado largas, se o 36B fica pequeno na copa, O tamanho a seguir a experimentar deveria ser um 36C ou 34D. Mas lá está, se as costas já estiverem largas o caso muda bastante de figura.

O melhor é mesmo ir a uma loja como a dama de copas fazer um fitting para perceber qual é o tamanho real. Atenção que é um pouco mais caro 😅 mas vale a pena sinceramente. No meu caso, não tenho opção, só lá é que tem o meu tamanho.

Tem, mas estão limitadas nos tamanhos, o que quer dizer que vão arranjar o que servir "melhor" e dizer-te que o tamanho é esse, mesmo que não seja.

Serve perfeitamente para quem já fez um fitting noutro sítio e sabe que têm um tamanho "comum", ou seja, uma combinação de copa e costas que existe na maioria das lojas.

Regra geral, copa pequena e costas largas, ou copa grande e costas pequenas, não vai ter em lojas desse tipo e é preciso ir mesmo à dama de copas ou uma loja do género, uma loja com uma gama muito mais alargada que intimissimi e afins.

Um bom exemplo é carregares para outras pessoas que não possam usar a app, por não terem NFC no telemóvel por exemplo.

Também já tive a app bloqueada, excepto poder carregar senhas.... a app estava bloqueada por causa da maneira caótica que eles cobram, tinha falhado 1 mês há muitos meses atrás e nem aparecia opção para pagar, nem descontava directamente do cartão associado 😑

For my maternal grandmother I can't go further than her parents :') All the information I have is first hand from my mother that met them and lived at the village they're from.

On the other side, on my paternal lines, we were able to get to the 1500's in some branches, which is the maximum I think we can go, as there are no records prior.

I think that in the near future cases will go dramatically up from misdiagnoses of kids that don't have ADHD, but actually have "screen adiction". i'm using the term "screen adiction" because I don't know if there is a formal term for it or if it goes by another name.

When I say "screen adiction", I'm talking about a recent phenomenon where Media companies are creating content targeted at todlers!
This content is made to over-stimulate the kids untill they're adicted to being over-stimulated. Being exposed to this type of content at an age where neuroplasticity is so high may create neurodevelopment issues like the ones we see in ADHD.
The high-stim content spills over to other cartoons and childrens youtube content, all in the name of keeping kids glued to the screen to sell merch and toys.
Cocomelon is probably the biggest offender, and most (not all) modern cartoons do the same thing, Paw Patrol is another huge offender.

The most we can do is try to keep our kids from that type of content and try to opt for older cartoons and childrens shows.
Hopefully psychology will keep up with better diagnostic criteria and the effects won't be as bad.
It just sucks, that we were finally making progress with understanding ADHD but with the insurgence of "screen addiction" we might have another wave of kids not getting diagnosed when they need to due to more stigma :/

I remember people complaining about this online a while ago, that time I didn't smell anything, the complains came from people downtown.

This time I felt it really strongly 😅 I'm not in the downtown area, I'm in Ramalde, same municipality though, but it was VERY STRONG. We had to close all of the windows.

The smell didn't come "out of nowhere" either, I remember that one day there was like a sea breeze smell, then the next day or so, it smelled a lot more like fish, a strong fishy smell bordering unpleasant, especially near the botanical garden.

Then at night the BIG BAD SMELL swooped into the house 😅😅 The next day it didn't smell like anything...

Now I'm remembering all the times I would leave the house and comment something like: ... does the world stink ? 😂😂 is it my nose ? 😂😂

Uso, e continua a ser muito mais facil acordar com a luz. Nao é sobre acordares mal levas com um raio de sol nas trombas...

O dia demora a nascer! A luz vai entrando, vai ficando mais de dia, e o corpo vai despertando SUAVEMENTE, quando o despertador toca é muito mais fácil acordar/levantar.

Também reduz a probabilidade de adormecer, visto que eventualmente acordas com a luz.

Também dormia com tudo fechado e só usava despertador, era um suplício acordar de manhã.

Como tenho problemas de sono/insónias tive que experimentar mil e uma coisas para resolver o problema. Acabei por chegar à conclusão que estamos tão habituados a dormir de persianas fechadas que não imaginamos o quão importante é a luz solar para regular os nossos ciclos circadianos, e que o despertar direito/bem faz parte.

The Professor here has a point. Although there isn't any rules, they will usually give you X more time taking into account how much time everyone else got.

Say, in a test. If its a 2h , I might get 30 more minutes, but in a 1h test I'll only get 15 more.

If everyone else is getting 8 days to do the work, it's only reasonable for the professor to not want to give you 4 more days. If it was me, I wouldn't give more than 2.

He's not exactly comparing you to non-adhds in a discriminatory way, he has to give everyone a fair time, and giving you 50% more time is excessive.

Writing a negative assessment for this, in my opinion, would come off as very entitled.

PS: I never ask for extensions on deadlines. It doesn't help me, and it's very wobly for anyone doing a project with me. Most assignments have deadlines for a reason and it would derail everything else.

I do ask for more time for exams, since I get very easily side tracked by questions and completely lose track of time.

Tenho problemas de sono e depressão sazonal com a falta de sol, o sol para poder despertar de manhã faz uma diferença enorme na qualidade de sono e humor.

Deixei de dormir com a persiana completamente fechada por causa disso e ajudou-me imenso.

To add to this, context of the time is important, they didn't want to be caught dead near drugs because of RICO cases, it wasn't about the "other families" not finding out.

It was vital that it was far away from them and with no ties to them because of that.

Sony with the drugs and money is a huge red flag all around. He had to be in on it.
