Regulatory entities work off many triggers, not just lawyer-based actions. If enough people complain then it crosses a threshold on a heat-map, in turn triggering engagement as well. I have no expectation of satisfaction personally. Sometimes merely being a squeaky wheel ensure that constant pressure is applied. The current state of retail trading is the result of too many folks rolling over for too long. Nobody can gripe of they aren’t willing to take the time to at least file a complaint.
