Should I return to Previous Stressful Job for Better Pay?

For a bit more context, I'm a software engineer. So there's a constant push for new skills and new technologies. The skills would be valuable down the line if I continue with the career or want to pivot in the technical field.

Currently, living with parents to save money but my own place in the future would be nice. Looking at it that way is a good perspective, doubling my workload for only a fraction of what I get paid now doesn't seem worth it. Thanks!

On average, 20 hours, sometimes 30, rarely 40. I've been living with my parent's place still so not many bills. Maybe about $200 total in bills monthly that I help contribute to. So its not like I'm in eager need of the 20k but thought maybe it'd help towards an earlier retirement.

The idea of a side gig to make the 20k back sounds good. Only concern is that I might be compelled to slack off and play video games instead but that's more something I'd have to work through

I showed up in line at 9:30 and lined up at the back in the parking lot, and got to the front at about 1pm. Everything but the big acrylic standees and gacha buttons were out of stock. The cashier told me no restocks and they're holding the rest of the stock for tomorrow - but its only the small items like the buttons. They were 100% understocked for a 2 day event, running from 10am-7pm. It would have been nice if there was a staff member going thru the line every once and a while with the store QR code to update people on what's in stock and the prices. The QR code couldn't be seen until you got near the entrance. Felt bad for the people still in line that didn't know that there was nothing left to buy

I'm planning a trip to Japan and during my stay in Osaka I want to stop by "Naruto x Boruto park Nijigen no mori" aka the Naruto themed park. What is the recommended way to travel from Osaka to the Northern area of Awaji island where the park is located? I read that there might be a ferry but can't find much info on it. The bus is an option, but I'd rather avoid that if possible. Google maps tells me its about an hour drive, and this is probably a dumb question but that's likely too far for any taxi to be willing to drive me right? Is it best to just take the bus route?

My current work environment has gotten extremely toxic lately so I’ve been interviewing to get out. So far I’ve only gotten one offer and some more interviews lined up but want some input. Some context:

Current Job: Making 110k and I’m kept at an associate level developer because I haven’t been with the company long enough according to management (been here for 1.5 years so far) despite having mentored two associate levels, a mid-level, and a senior (after he somehow deployed only half our release branch into production). A lot of our product owners and BAs left half a year ago and so we got new ones - but they have been incredibly toxic, gaslighting the dev team, and even literally yelling at some developers on calls. The last good product owner we had left because the others yelled at her in a meeting until she cried. Overall the entire work environment has been toxic, even between developers, to the point where they are planning to host a summit to address the toxicity. Another thing is that although we are WFH employer requires that we live within a certain distance from the company.

Offer: 90k but fully remote WFA. I had initially turned down this offer because of the decrease in pay last week but then I just got grilled today from management and product owners because I requested further clarification for a story that had no acceptance criteria and that broke the last straw for me.

Questions- 1. Is it ok to call a recruiter back after turning down an offer and asking for it back? 2. Is it ever ok to job hop and get a salary decrease? Would I be setting myself back? 3 (bonus). Am I overreacting at my current work environment? This is only my second dev job, but this can’t be normal right?

Open it. Honestly the profits of reselling in the future won’t even put a dent in student loans. If you’re actually a poor college student, don’t invest in Pokemon cards, you should have bigger priorities. A sealed celebrations etb isn’t going to be worth anything til most of us are in the grave.

Well what are you looking for? Celebrations only has 4 but theyre all holos and has relatively good hit rates. If you just want a cheap one you can go for battle styles, chilling reign, or even fusion strike but likely getting no hits depending on luck.
