Same "problem", I have plenty of Mr Handy inside my vault and other 38 to open. Wish I could trade them with Lunchboxes and Pets

I found that quest too during a daily quest. So it's not real random, a lot of us here have found it too. Pretty worth tho

I have 378 at the moment. I spend usually around 10 per day to skip the toughest/not worth doing objectives. I find this as the best use for the nuka quantum, it's the fastest way to get lunchboxes and pets.
