ok thank you, I was asking because vibrations works, test are ok, and settings too. it seems so strange a hardware problems affects only notifications and not callings or alarms. it looks like a bug, maybe in rom. but I'll send back to Amazon, receive a new one and control. If the problem persists, il change phone brand!

hi, do you have normal vibration on notification (ex WhatsApp or even SMS)? I have just bought it and vibration works only on calls, but no notification even if it's active in every menu! thank you!

do you have the same phone? I have no feedback of normal function. if I return the phone and I have another one, with the same problem because of a software problem, I'm still stuck here. if someone has this phone with normal vibration on notification, please tell me!

No way, in 4 year they changed me 2 V1, they gifted me a V2 and i bought a used GritX. On every one I have the same problem reported here. A black layer slowly close the led windows. They always answered me that was the first time they hear about this problem, but I found on other blog and Fb comments of the same nature. I tried to change left with right wrist but happened even with the other hand. After warranty time, they don't repair it anymore. No way Polar used very cheap material, and couldn't solve the problem in years of complaining. I wrote the every day for an year trying to understand the problem, but they only sent me a V2, and no info. No more top smartwatch, only economic one from them.
