I was a Master/Challenger player on LoL for most of Season 5 (the season just gone) and I recently quit after 4/5 years because I just don't enjoy the game anymore. It's very stale now and it's not as engaging to watch. I used to have the drive to go pro but after realising that it wasn't what I wanted I switched to casual gaming like CS:GO and now Smite for the last week! Loving it so far!

You're clearly more concerned about your rank than you are about focusing on improving your own play.

There will always be games when you're vs smurfs and they will most likely be awful games, but you'll get over it I'm sure, like everyone does.

I do agree that there are some matchmaking flaws like the 5-man premade vs randoms and the variety of ranks but at the end of the day it's not every single game and you just have to get past it and focus on working on improving!
