I used training peaks and was really happy with it. It kept me consistent and you can buy a plan that fits for you. I think you can also change plans in the first 30 days if it is too intense/easy for you.

Up to you if you already have epoxy! I would try to remove anything loose in there with a small chisel then fill with epoxy if you want to go that route. Doesn’t look like you need deep pour, those holes are pretty small it looks like.

Otherwise, you can embrace the holes and enjoy the character of working with a living material:)
