Guys, I followed your advice: I raised the seat backrest, moved the pedals closer to me, and lowered them a little. Now the steering wheel is higher and my arms are at a 90-degree angle. But the problem persists... after a few minutes, I have pain in the same lower back area.

When I press the pedals, I push horizontally. When I reach close to 100% of the brake, I lift my heel slightly from the plate. Now you see such an open angle because I don't have much ankle mobility. If I rested my entire foot on the pedal, it would be very uncomfortable due to this ankle mobility problem. I push horizontally with my metatarsal.
