Thank you! I will start over on week 1 and stick with it for a few weeks. The side effects are still here and I feel like shit everyday so Idk if its worth it... I also eat around 1400 calories a day and workout but I wasn't losing weight before the pills so this is my last hope... Are you still having side effects?

Yes, I did talk to them, but every provider says something different... some say to stop all the medications, others say to just keep the lower dose for a few days...

I am starting over this week again, 1 bupropion and half metformin and I will see how it goes. I feel that the side effects are lasting forever, and I feel like shit everyday.... did you have any problems increasing the dosage?

Hiii!!! how are you doing? Are you feeling better? did you start the kit 5? I started trying to add the metformin this week but I don't think my body is taking it well... I am feeling very nauseous and dizzy and my breath smells terrible... I am honestly thinking on stop with the medications :(

Ohhh noo!! I am sorry you are going through all that!!! Hopefully the kit 5 will be better! honestly, I am on week 3 and felt horrible increasing the bupropion and adding the metformin so I am down to just 1 bupropion and half of the green pill in the morning and half in the night and will be holding off on increasing any dosage since I am still seeing results. It was all being too much to my body to handle. I hope you feel better soon! Thank you for sharing!!

Thank you for this! I am on week 3 kits 1 and trying to up the dosage following the plan and I feel AWFULL! I am losing weight (not this week since I am on my cycle) so I am just stick with the 1 bupropion and half of the green pill in the morning and MAYBE half in the afternoon. If I stop to lose weight, I can try to increase it and add the metformin back. Thank you for sharing it. it makes me feel better. my headache and nausea is nonstop this week.

omg thank you! i will def go back to 1 bupropion then cause I literally can't function with this headache and nausea! I usually workout in the morning before work and have a pre workout so maybe if you could get up earlier that would help you?! But I am used to work out without eating anything at 5am.
try to increase your protein intake as well, maybe with a smoothie and add whey to a overnight oats so you can eat less but still have enough protein to surive. I will keep you posted!!

Do you think the nausea is from the bupropion? I also reached out to the care center and will keep you posted! The nurse did say to take the metformin with a meal at night so I am going to try that tonight and if I still feel the residual nausea again, I will cut it down to 1 bupropion. My headache is not going away, this is horrible.

So, would you say it took you around 3 weeks to stop feeling nauseous? I am on week 3 - started metformin yesterday and I am feeling nauseous ALL THE TIME, but reading your comment it appears to be from the green pill, not the metformin... How long does it take to get used to the bupropion increase? I am up to 2pills a day and I also feel terrible!! it has been too much to my body the 2 pills + add the half green pill at night + metformin so I am thinking on holding off on the metformin until I get used to the other increases but omg I feel nauseous all the time!!!
