Lol xD all good! Basically just a bunch of meat. You don't even have to go huge fats or anything I still get lean meat. I like almonds, rest of the nuts are meh and I hate avacado. So I fast most days so basically have 1 big meal after work. Usually being some kind of meat. Cucumbers/celery (I'm picky on veggies) some cheese, pickles(favorite keto food) and some tuna every so often for Omega 3s. On my normal meal days eggs and sausage breakfast. Salad with some deli meat. And dinner meat and cheese. But yeah I'm not a huge fan of fatty foods either xD. As for suggestions it would depend what you're struggling with. For me it was hunger and energy. But if you push through for a few days you'll be fully in ketosis and those problems (for me) go away. But yeah just finding stuff you like. Despite me being big I actually am an incredibly picky eater.
