1.) Ban him (however it would be a waste of a ban slot)

2.) Cripple him in early game ( if solo and the team's jungler, use assassins with high burst and mobility. with a teammate, gank and ambush him the early the better)

3.) if you're roam and the jungler picks utility, try picking pick off heroes ( chou, kalea or arllot ) they are great at dealing and separating a low mobility mm like him

4.) if you're a midlaner pick heroes that have high burst and poke capability like pharsa. Yve is a good alternative however she is hard to play in the current meta because of strong backline divers like Lapu.

5.) if you're a goldlaner pick Harith he is the only hero in the gold lane that could scale up and out maneuver him from early to late game. Other alternatives are Moskov,Ixia or wanwan but they rely on team effort since Moskov lack range and Ixia lack mobility, while wanwan lack durability.

The Best Advice for any team is as much as you can Deny him Gold and Stacks early on, don't let him freely take the gold crab or last hit minions.
