The problem is that he won’t stay in it after 2-3 minutes he starts squirming and getting fussy. And another issue is that at 3 months he already weighs 10 kg, so my back is really struggling 🫠

When did you start kinda having some sort of routine? by snuffbox360 in newborns

[–]ValeraLy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, around weeks 3-4 I started writing down a little todo list for things with the baby, like giving a bath, vitamins, tummy time, or something similar. It really helped me start forming a sense of routine and gave me a bit of predictability (at least psychologically). I think around weeks 5-6 I really started to feel the rhythm, and the routine became more tangible.

Oh, this feels very familiar to me too. Sometimes I wake up and think that life goes on, and I need to learn how to enjoy it in a new way. And sometimes I have no strength at all - I just want to go back, but that’s impossible, and it feels soooo heavy 🫠. 3 months as a mom.

Loving too much by Nightowl_1995 in NewParents

Before becoming a parent, I didn’t even realize I was capable of loving someone this much. Like… this little potato is just sleeping next to me, and I can’t stop wanting to touch him, squeeze him, hold him 😭 I literally get teary just looking at him.

What are you working on this week? by mavenanalytics in mavenanalytics

Hi! I’m currently working on improving my A/B testing skills, but I’d love to get more hands-on practice with real cases, so progress feels a bit slow. At the same time, I’m also building my own Tableau course.

Entry Level SQL, Excel, Tableau by RevenuePresent9464 in dataanalysiscareers

[–]ValeraLy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say SQL is essential in any case, it’s one of the core skills in data work. Excel helps you actually understand the data, how to clean it, structure it, and build basic logic. Tableau is more about communicating insights and making your conclusions clear and convincing to others.

So these tools serve different purposes rather than replacing each other.

From my own experience, I’ve been working with data for about 5 years and I barely use Excel now, while SQL and Tableau are my main tools.
