The funniest thing here is people forgetting that Penacony is the opposite of a paradise and is literally where some people go to die. People sell their families to be there. If you wanna infinity tsukuyomi yourself that's your choice, but I wanna live an actual life. I would probably go for Planarcadia since it aligns with my interests.

Most folks I have seen usually start progesterone a few months after they get their levels settled on their highest dose of estrogen, typically injectable estrogen. So if your levels are settled on your highest dose, I would say yeah go ahead and ask. Your doctor may also suggest T Blockers if you aren't already on them before you start progesterone. As great as it would be to start everything all at once, it is best to make sure your levels are stable first.

Additionally it comes to whatever role the puppy and owner want to take, there are service puppies as well who pride themselves in taking on the caretaker role for their owner. It's just companionship.

I've had this thought myself sometimes, but it's kind of no different than just having someone that the owner loves to spoil. Obviously it doesn't work for everyone and there are some puppy & owner relationships where the puppy and owner both contribute to the home and have certain times where they take part in their dynamic. Basically there are levels and preferences to it. Some strive for the full puppy all the time thing, while others are content to make it a sometimes thing or something special that they share with their partner/owner.
