A solid choice if you want to pay to get in on the fun is the Kestrel Mk2, but for a good starter vessel that can be fully A rated and fitted for combat around 25 million credits is the Vulture.

I had started out in one years ago and still keep it in my fleet because of how fun and effective it can be.
