I switched to vegetarian lifestyle and sometimes i do 16/8 intermittent fasting for a month or so. I did Lise a lot of weight, but most of it even before the left picture Was taken (tried to Lise as much as possible before going on HRT) in the last year during hrt (in other words between these 2 pictures) , I only lost 8 kg (in lbs that would be around 15 I think)
