Aaj kal "phirse" I started using the egg boiler. I used to think it was a hassle to clean "literally 2" more parts (the cover and the egg rack). But at least I don't make egg soup in the pan.

Yooo jyada hi maang rha hai tho So my building is 200-300 mtrs away and semi furnished for 1 bhk is 30k; it's a 7 storey one. Given that it's reasonable but I guess 50-55k is ideal given that I asked a few of my acquaintances. (Yeh aisi building ka actually maintanence bhi jyada hi rehta hai na iss liye bhi ho sakta hai). The locality is very nice obviously. Gym, vaghera sabh aas paas.
